Service Manager Chris Yocum, in my eyes has always done an outstanding job and I couldn't ask for anything more than that. I would say that I haven't been treated so well as they have with me on doing work on my car. Anytime that I ask about anything that we need taken care of it has been done right. Night and Day! That's the comparison we experienced in dealing with Graham Chevrolet from 10 years ago until now! My husband and I only intended to stop by the dealership to pick up brochures. We were so favorably impressed with our salesman, that we walked out the proud and surprised owners of a new Impala. There was not one negative aspect with our purchasing experience. The manager Kerry and the "Big Bucks Guy," Scott were charming and delightful to deal with!
